My sister owned this couch for over 2 years andI love it. Once it became time to redecorate my home there was no doubt in my mind that I would be ordering the same one. Cistomer service was wonderful and delivery was super quick.
It took me a while to finally go ahead and purchase this couch. After alot of debating and reading reviews on Amazon and TikTok; I am super happy with this purchase. It arrive on two separate days, four boxes the first day and two the next. Shipping was fast, it arrive just two days after I placed the order. The company was excellent with communicating the tracking information. I had absolutely no issues putting it together everything fit great and it was easy. One thing that I noted from other reviews is that the cusions are firm. But all in all it's still very comfy. I am already thinking about purchasing additional seats.
Before the couch even arrived, I was impressed by the seller’s customer service. They contacted me with the number of boxes to expect and all the tracking numbers and stayed in touch throughout the delivery process. All the boxes arrived quickly and were a nice size to easily move to my 10th floor apartment. I live in a historic building with tiny elevators so having something in smaller boxes was important. Once I had all the boxes, I was able to unbox and set up the entire couch in about an hour. The material is so soft and luxurious and the color is truly stunning. The cushions are firm and seem durable but are incredibly comfortable. I love how easily and quickly the pieces can be moved around into various configurations. I occasionally have overnight visitors and having a comfortable couch that can convert into a comfortable bed was a big part of the decision to purchase this specific couch. Overall, I am thrilled with the entire purchase process and the couch itself.
Easy to put together. Very easy to change the arrangement of the pieces. I love the velvet material. It wipes clean easily. Comfortable for lounging.
