Let me start off by saying this couch is on the small side for those who are expecting something bigger. I’m not complaining at all……it’s exactly the size I needed. The cushions come compressed but fluff up pretty quickly. The instructions say to allow 48 hours for them to be at full size. The seat cushions are firm BUT comfortable. I put the couch together within 30 mins. Everything fits in together like a puzzle. Very, very simple. And the ottoman, all you have to do is put the legs on it and it’s ready! Hope you enjoy!!!

I emailed the company about missing legs and back cushions and all I kept getting is more emails asking me the same questions over and over. I sent them my order number and the exact sofa missing cushions and nothing but more emails.
Super happy with our couch. Works great in our basement, which is half work out room and half hang out. My 5 teenagers are loving the comfort of the couch while watching a show or two with neighborhood friends.
I like the size and the material. The cushions,however, did not inflate completely so all but one cushion is saggy and wrinkled. It also came with 2 broken legs. The cushions feel hard yet when we sit on them it leaves an impression for a few hours.
