Refund & Return Policy

At Honbay, we are dedicated to creating a cozy and comfortable home for you. We believe you will love the furniture you purchase from us, but if any issues arise, we have a clear and thoughtful return and refund policy to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.
1. Damaged or Defective Products
- Please inspect your items within 7 days of receipt.
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
- We will provide a free replacement, repair, or refund, and cover the return shipping costs.
- If we can provide parts to resolve the issue but you choose to return the entire item, the return will be treated as a standard return (see Section 2).
2. Non-Quality Returns (Personal Preference)
- We understand that sometimes the comfort or style of the sofa may not meet your expectations. You can request a return within 30 days of receipt, provided that the product is:
a. Unused
b. In its original condition with complete packaging. Please note, if the packaging is insufficient, we have the right to refuse the return due to potential shipping risks.
- Details:
a. We offer pickup service. If your area supports this service, you can schedule a pickup through our customer service.
b.The pickup service will incur a 10% fee to cover the cost of the pickup process.
c.If your area does not support pickup service, you will need to arrange for the return shipping and bear 20% of the return shipping cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance, custom, or final sale items.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
- Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team for authorization at service@honbayus.com.
4. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- The logistics and processing time may take up to 2 weeks.

Processing time: Generally we will ship your order within 1 business days after your order confirmation. Otherwise during the ordering pipeline, you will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.
Shipping time: 3-5 business days. Business days refer to Monday~Friday ( excludes Holidays), and the time zone is the Eastern Time Zone of USA (GMT-5).

Shipping area: US only (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, P.O.Box, APO, FPO and U.S. protectorates)
