Your satisfaction is our priority. We hope that you love the product you purchased. If the product has any problems, we are here to help you with a replacement or repair. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order.Please contact us so we can address your concerns.
Check your item as soon as you receive it! You have 48 hours to inspect your item(s) and notify us of any damage or defect. Of course, defective or damaged orders are covered by our warranty and aren't subject to any return shipping fees. In the event that an item arrives defective or damaged, please let us know immediately upon receipt and we will make it right.
In order to offer our great pricing + fast and free shipping we charge a return shipping fee equal to 10% of what you paid for the product, with the original packaging intact. If you don't have the original packaging, the fee is 20% of the paid value. The fee is always capped at $200.
