I was impressed by the communications from the company throughout the buying, shipping, and delivery process. The couch had a delay on a couple boxes but the company sent a free pillow and gave us options on delivery to make up for the delay. The couch itself is comfortable, I wish the backs were a bit higher and the cushions only have one velcro strip holding them down, so I think we will buy another strip to keep them more secure. The pieces fit together well overall, though I worry with my active kiddo if the connections will hold over time. I also accidentally trapped our cat in the pullout trundle bed when putting it back, not realising there was a perfect cat hideout in there, luckily the cat was fine.

We absolutely LOVE our green corduroy modular sofa. We purchased the straight 4-seat sofa with the pull-out center, and two ottomans. It's like a king size bed! Perfect size to fit myself, spouse, child, and two giant breed dogs.

One dog is still a puppy with anxiety - he ate THREE cushions while we were out. Honbay customer service were wonderful helping me identify the replacement pieces and shipping them quickly. This is EXACTLY why I purchased this brand, knowing between the dogs and toddler that I would need replacement pieces, and did not want to purchase an entirely new sofa if destroyed.

Remarkable customer service and extremely fast delivery. Love the sofa. It is exactly what we were looking for. My husband loves it and believe me that is saying a lot. Love that you can customize your own configuration. Would highly recommend

After placing my order I received an email because they noticed I ordered extra cushions that didn't match the sofa I purchased. They helped me easily change it.
The couch is wonderful and very comfortable and it was easy to put together.

We purchased a sectional sofa and ottoman in blue corduroy. Very comfortable, comes with lots of pillows, and looks quite nice. Surprise 1: came in 8 (or so) different boxes, some of which were quite heavy. Surprise 2: took me 3+ hours to assemble. Be warned: efficient assembly for these pieces is likely improved with more than one assembler.

I highly recommend this sectional. The price point is great and it’s the perfect size. It does take a few days for the cushions to break in and get comfortable, although my dogs didn’t seem to mind. As soon as they were given the go ahead, (well, who am I kidding, they didn’t actually wait for permission), they made themselves comfortable.

I debated for a couple months on which couch to buy. I read reviews, looked at prices, and read more reviews. I was looking for something that was pet friendly, as I have 3 dogs-2 of them are very large. I needed a couch that would comfortably fit me and them, as well as work in a smaller space, but still and easily convert into a bed. This couch met all of my wants and needs.

It was delivered in 3 boxes and needed to be assembled. Assembly was pretty easy. I did it myself. Everything fit together perfectly and easily. and within an hour I had my couch. Each of the back cushions came compressed in separate packaging and needed a little time to fully expand. The bottom cushions were already in place.

Everything came neatly arranged in the boxes. At the end of the setup process I realized I was missing a back cushion. I connected with Honbay’s customer support and within 4 days my replacement cushion arrived. They were excellent to work with and made the process so smooth and easy.

I have had the couch set up for almost a week, and I’m truly enjoying it. I’m happy, and my dogs are happy.

The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. I placed my order on a Thursday, and the first shipment arrived early Tuesday, much sooner than we expected. The remaining pieces arrived over the next two days, and everything was well packaged and in perfect condition.

Customer service was excellent. I had a concern about correcting the shipping address, and it was handled immediately. Mila was especially helpful, responsive, and reassuring throughout the process, making what could have been a stressful situation completely worry-free.

Great communication. I had a previous issue with two reclining arm rests that I was going to submit a warranty claim for… but they ended up sending me two replacements for free. This type of customer service is unheard of.

I love this sectional. Very versatile and so many options to choose from. I purchased the sectional with the sleeper. Very handy when we have guests especially if they spend the night. Easy to put together and I love the grey. Customer service is exceptional. I hope they add a single chair, lounge chair or chaise to their inventory. I would love to have a matching separate piece. THIS IS A MUST BUY!!!!

So far so good! The shipping was fast, everything was in perfect condition upon arrival, easy instructions, and it feels pretty comfy. Always a risk buying online but their reviews were great and so far I'm happy. Fantastic customer service which is also appreciated.

We did some research on modular sofa options similar to LoveSac's products but at a better price point. Honbay was one that kept coming up repeatedly. We decided to make the purchase with the intention of a deep, comfortable sofa that provided storage but also a space that a guest can sleep. The Opua 6 pc Cloud Sleeper Sectional provides all of that and we are thrilled with our purchase. Additionally, Honbay's customer service was excellent and they are very responsive. We needed some help making sure the sofa did not ship too soon until our move in date and they held the order for a few days before releasing it for shipment. It does take some time to put everything together but it's well worth the savings. One of the most comfortable sofas we have ever owned!

I could not be happier with my purchase or with the customer service! We love our new Opua couch for its versatility and comfort. The fabric is so soft! Upon opening the multiple boxes, we noticed we were missing two cushions; I emailed the customer service and they immediately shipped the cushions to me! My whole family loves our new couch!

I've had my couch since 2022..i love it!! we have moved and was setting it up again must have lost some u shaped connectors in the process I reached out to customer service they were great they understood what I needed and I got exactly what I needed fast shipping too I couldn't ask for a better service when ever I need to upgrade I will be buying another couch for honbay

I must say when I purchased the Nove Cloud couch I was a bit skeptical of what the quality would be like given how affordable it was. This couch exceeded my expectations. The material, ease of construction and build quality feels well setons the price point. Highly recommend purchasing this couch!

To say I love this sofa would be an understatement. The fabric is incredibly soft, the fill is luxuriously plush and cloud-like, and every piece lifts open for storage. All cushion and pillow covers are removable and machine washable, which is a huge plus. It even came with a complimentary handheld vacuum, something I deeply appreciate as the owner of three large, heavy-shedding dogs. Cleanup is genuinely a breeze.

The color is stunning — a rich shade sitting beautifully between sage and forest green. Assembly was simple and straightforward, with clear instructions. The construction feels solid and built to last. What I love most is the modular design; you can configure the pieces in whatever layout best fits your space.

Great customer service

The modular 5 piece couch is an amazing comfort! I have purchased the modular 5 piece pullout couch and it has been amazing as far as comfort and modularity. I was even able to add a new corner piece later on to make a it a 6 piece couch! The ability to put stuff in the storage pieces is super convient as well. The quality of the materials is excellent and the customer support (Mia) has been surprisingly responsive and attentive to our needs.

The only downside is that they have a limited supply of velvet couch and the modularity makes it difficult to move / get under the couch. Maybe something like clips underneath (or inside for storage pieces) would make it easier such that you can separate them with theclips? Other than that, the pros far outweigh this con.

Customer Service is great! We has some minor issues with a piece of the couch and they sent us a new one right away. I love the color, I love how fast we got it, I just wish it was a little less firm on the cushions but I think that will come with time as we use it. I would recommend to any one looking for a new couch!
