I love the couch. I love the color and the softness. It came in early, had all of the pieces and was simple to put together. The major pieces are already put together, but the others are very simple.I would recommend having another person to help attach each part together, being that you have to line up and lift to hook it together. I was concerned about the difficulty on putting on the casing on the cushion, but it was simple. The couch cushions are firm, but comfortable bouncy. I slept on it.The first night would recommend a mattress pad on it.I have a full on it and it fits great.
We really love our couch. The only thing that really bothers me is the section that pulls out doesn't sit flesh with the other part of the couch. There is a gap. It's frustrating.
+ Assembly was pretty easy. Had to loosen some of the side clamp pieces in order to connect on pretty much every single piece.
+ Was able to get exactly the configuration we wanted with an ala carte order. We ended up with 4 love seats, 4 arm rests, 1 seat, and 1 corner.
+Shipping was quick.
+Wife and kids loves the color and the texture.
-Bottom cushions are a little firm, but guessing they'll soften up in time.
It is not a tall couch, so still getting used to this, but it was as described.
+ I reached out to customer service as I had an issue with half of the back cushions being fairly thin and empty feeling after 48 hours of decompression. They responded very quickly with helpful advice and an offer to help further if needed, much appreciated! They sent a video of fluffing the cusions or steaming them. I ended up manually fluffing most the back cusions and they filled out nicely.
Overall quite satisfied and happy we took the chance of order with Honbay directly without having experience with them prior1 We'll see how they hold up!
Great couch for my small living area! Very comfortable. Fits two adults comfortably and a toddler. Very easy to pull out lounge part!
Beautiful, soft, comfortable and easy to assemble! Slides together easily and ottoman comes with metal pieces that connect it to the single seat making it into a chaise lounger without the ottoman sliding out! Cushions have Velcro on them to hold them in place!
Decent price for the size, I am unsure of fabric durability over time, Easy to put together, Fast delivery.
This modular is exactly what we needed so we can have enough room and seating for our growing family. We love the pull out bed, my husband and I have used it a couple of times to just relax and watch Christmas Movies on the weekends.
I researched couches for months—7th Avenue included—because I had very specific needs: extra-deep seating, real storage, and washable covers. I was sold on 7th avenue until they upped their price. I decided to research once again and to my surprise I found this couch. Honbay checked every single box, and honestly, I’m surprised by how much I love it.
The pricing is fantastic for what you get. The storage is also a game changer, tons of room and super easy to access. Comfort-wise, it’s great. I’m someone who normally overthinks every purchase and then questions it afterward, but this couch is truly awesome. I haven’t had a single regret.
One thing to note: the arms and back adjust to recline, which is super nice for leaning back and relaxing. I wouldn’t treat them like solid, non-moving couch arms though. They use the same kind of mechanism as folding lawn chairs (but sturdier). Perfect for lounging, not for throwing your brother down and starting a wrestling match.
Overall, I am thrilled with this couch, deep, comfy, practical, great price, and the storage is everything. Exactly what I needed.
Wow, what a great buy. If you’re on the fence about buying it, I’m here to tell you to just do it. I scoured the interwebs for a modular, green, easy to clean, pet friendly couch for my first home purchase. I was a baller on a budget (damn you, down payment). I decided this couch was the one worth taking a risk on. And boy, I’m glad I did. I’ve had it for about a month now and I just had to come back and left this review. There weren’t many reviews when I clicked the “buy now” button; it seemed like a big risk for a likely impossible-to-return item. That said, the customer service for Honbay was responsive and quick when I had an assembly question. That’s always a good sign. I ordered tbhe modular L shaped design for my tiny living room. I love that I can go to the Honbay website and buy more sections if I ever need to. It came in 7 boxes, and they all arrived within 3 days (what??), at the same time (again, WHAT?!), and in appropriate packaging to keep dry even on a rainy delivery day (impressive). The company texted me directly about 24 hours after purchase with shipping/tracking information for all 7 boxes. A friend and I set it up in under an hour. It was easy to set up and the instructions were simple. It comes with so many pillows! The backs/arm rests are all adjustable to lean back… I love this feature but don’t use it often. I have not found any other modular couch (let alone at this price point) that offers that. The cushions fluff up well after opening. The packaging smell goes away in under a day. My only con is that the back rest height is lower than my last sectional, but with the pillows I do not notice it at all. Someone taller might, but my 6’2 father loved it as well. The couch is comfortable and I LOVE IT. My large dog, Arlo, now prefers to sleep on this couch instead of with me 🙄, so apparently he also gives 5 stars. That said, it is easy to clean and maintain, even with a big, hairy, somewhat drooly dog on it daily. A wet washcloth wipes up any little messes, and pet hair vacuums up easily. I have machine washed and dried at least one of the pillow covers on normal cycles and it worked beautifully. The fabric is soft and durable. Lastly, my small house has virtually no storage, so I LOVE that each modular section has added storage. It actually is more functional than I could have ever hoped for. I am so happy with my purchase! I would not sleep on the option to buy this couch if it’s available - people are bound to catch on. Thank you Honbay!

I am truly pleased with my purchase. This couch fit all my needs: modular, storage, comfort, size, easy delivery, easy assembly, and washable (though haven't tried to yet). It looks so good in our room and is a vast improvement on what we had before. The adjustable armrests are really cool. I've already taken a lovely nap on it. It's super comfortable for watching TV and reading. Very very happy.

The initial set up was tough, mostly because I did not follow directions. The sofa is comfortable and after the 2 days of sitting the pillows out I was throughly impressed with how stiff they were. 10 out of 10 recommend.
I'm very happy with this purchase. The sofa is beautiful and was easy to set up, easier than IKEA furniture. The only issue I had was with delivery. FedEx left the boxes in front of the building and didn't even bother to call to say it was delivered. Other than that, I'm very satisfied.
Love this couch and all the extra storage space. It is comfy and looks great. I also like that I can change the configuration. Makes my space look bigger.

for what I paid I love this thing, could not ask for more except for one thing: despite the seat cushions being perfect, the back cushions simply dont have enough filling. I bought extra foam myself and filled them, now they are perfect. If Honbay adds more filling to the back cushions then this will be a 5 star sofa, but for now it is a 4 star sofa that you can make a 5 star sofa by adding some extra foam yourself (very easy, they have zippers).
This is literally everything I wanted in a couch! The green corduroy fabric is absolutely gorgeous and super soft. The storage under all the pieces is really convenient. I wasn't sure if I'd like the reclining back/arm rests but it has been a game changer while watching tv and is so much more comfortable! I love that if I were to move somewhere bigger, I could add additional pieces since they're modular. I also love that all of the cushions and pillows have removable covers. It really feels like a big bed the way I have it set up. I'm really hoping it holds up well, but I'm super happy with it as of right now!
This is my second purchase of Honbay couches and loved both. The first set we had for 5 years were 2 blue 3-seat + ottoman combos. I loved the color and although it was still in great condition we moved out of state and couldn't take with us. As soon as we settled into our new place I knew I wanted another Honbay set. This time we purchased a light gray 7-piece storage & sleeper combo. I LOVE it. This set seats my family of 5 very comfortably, fits in my small living room, I'm able to store away all of my seasonal cushions AND have a place for my guests to sleep comfortably when they visit. When it's time to move to our next place, I'm happy knowing that all we have to do is take this set apart and take it with us. It will fit through the door, we are able to rearrange or expand qith more pieces if needed AND it will last us a long time again. After checking out MANY other couches and brands online and at stores, we decided Honbay provides the best quality, value, practicality, storage, anesthetics, comfort AND all at an incredible price!!
We live our new blue sectional. I couldn't find the right size of couch to fit or room exactly. I lived that I could mix and match to make the couch that was perfect for our family. The cushions are firm and the fabric is so soft. I love it!
I was a bit unsure at first since there weren’t any reviews, but this sofa completely exceeded my expectations!
The corduroy fabric is super soft and comfortable. The pull-out sleeper function works perfectly for lounging or napping, and the added chaise makes it even more relaxing. The hidden storage is surprisingly spacious and very convenient for blankets and pillows. Overall, it’s been an amazing experience with this sofa,I’m really glad I chose it!
We purchased through Wayfair at the time(about a year and some months ago) BECAUSE when we were looking - the HONBAY website did not have their velvet collection which that was the one we wanted.

The storage is so nice to have ESPECIALLY if you have toys you don't want to see all the time. We are aunt and uncle (no kids ourselves) so this is a huge plus!
I've cleaned the couch a few times, ALL times it has been incredibly easy. Even one of my nephews peed on it and it came up with the Bissell no problem 🤷🏻♀️ We've spilled food on it too. Doesn't ruin the fabric at all.
We use our couch as a lounging bed to watch our shows about 90% of the time. Then as a normal couch the other 10%. Worth every penny!
My only complaint is we constantly lose the remote in the cracks lol BUT that would happen with any couch ☺️
If you're wanting this couch, BUY IT. I DOUBT you'll regret it. Have kids? Easiest clean I've ever done. We've got 2 dogs and 3 cats with the occasional 1-5 kids and adults coming around.... It's still beautiful and sturdy.
I absolutely love this couch! I never write reviews but I just have to! I took a leap of faith on this couch because there was only one review when I bought it. We love how modular it is. We have already slept out here as a family of four and our two dogs. It is so comfortable. Very easy to vacuum. We let our dogs on our couch and we have not had one issue with a stain. I absolutely love the color. It is so inviting. And each seat is huge. I'm shocked at how low the price is too. I also have a special needs child so being able to recline the back is so nice to get her comfortable. The cushions fluffed up really nicely. We've had this for almost three weeks now and I feel like it just gets more comfy. The storage space is HUGE! It also arrived so fast. It was supposed to take over a week. All the boxes showed up at the same time on the third day. Honbay also reached out personally and gave me the tracking number for each box which I really appreciated. I literally have no negatives at this time!
