Simple, Easy. Straightforward.

I reached out regarding an older model couch and looking for a specific part to connect them. They were able to help me identify the part and then made it even easier to order more of the same part!

I purchased this couch because they are versatile and I have to move a lot. Now they no longer carry the couch I purchased and have no accessories/parts for it. It not longer fits my home and was a waste of money. They lie saying you can purchase parts, they are always discontinuing couch and changing sizes so you can’t do what they say it’s made for.

My family loves it! So much cuddle room! And it was easy for us to put together.

The team at honbay were so supportive to me and my loved ones around the clock while we tried to find the right connectors to keep the sectional sections from drifting apart. We could not believe how thoughtful and hardworking the team was and we are eternally thankful for the connectors. We love the couch!

Excellent customer service! I bought my Honbay modular couch secondhand and needed replacement U-shaped and T-shaped connectors. Even without an original order number, the support team identified the exact parts from my photos. When the parts were out of stock, they kept me updated and reached out as soon as everything was back. They also created a single purchase link for my whole order, which made buying everything quick and easy. All three packages arrived and everything was exactly what I ordered. A special thank you to Mia for the great follow-up. Highly recommend!

Love this sectional! Great for families who need storage and have kiddos. Easy to wash and treat with stain remover. Emailed customer service for an extra armrest and back cushion and got it pretty fast after paying for it! Excellent customer service.

This couch is great! Shipped quickly, easy to assemble, has amazing storage and enough room to lounge or have a slumber party.

We had concerns over ordering online without testing the couch and going with a brand that isn’t well recognized, but the pricing and the modularity with removable cushions for cleaning is hard to come by. The couch is comfortable! It was easy to put together and the modularity allowed us to customize to our space. It was delivered within 4 days of ordering which was great! We ordered an extra piece and realized that the couch was much bigger than anticipated even with measuring. Customer service was prompt and kind and helped us with our problem within a day. Recommending Honbay to family and friends!

Great so far! Ordered couch and loveseat on a Sunday morning, received both two days later - even though Monday was Labor Day. How is that even possible?!
Kids LOVE it. They all helped assemble (3 boys - 13, 8 & 5). Assembled it’s huge and they’re treating it as a wrestling mat.
Two things - measure. Don’t be like me and just look at the total width. It’s huge.
2 - my only “complaint” is I’m not a fan of the way the pieces fit together with the hardware. It’s very easy to put them together, but I wish they were a bit harder to pull apart. More of a clicking system or something would be lovely.
Overall, this is one of our better decisions lately!

I ordered the green Atlas sectional and loved it so much that I then ordered another one in Beige for my office! The pictures truly don't do the sofas justice, they are plush and soft, the fabric is gorgeous and looks expensive. They are easy to assemble and can be configured in a variety of ways that make them extremely flexible. They have storage and the price is unbeatable. Everyone comes over my house and asks me where I got my couch and I'm proud to spread the word as there is nothing like this out there!

Very happy with sofa. Not too difficult to put together. Was delivered quickly, despite me giving the wrong address initially.

They helped me buy matching extra pieces for my new modular sofa, tracked the packages, and checked in with me regularly. They are super attentive and friendly and genuinely care about making sure everything goes right with ordering and delivery!

I was impressed by the communications from the company throughout the buying, shipping, and delivery process. The couch had a delay on a couple boxes but the company sent a free pillow and gave us options on delivery to make up for the delay. The couch itself is comfortable, I wish the backs were a bit higher and the cushions only have one velcro strip holding them down, so I think we will buy another strip to keep them more secure. The pieces fit together well overall, though I worry with my active kiddo if the connections will hold over time. I also accidentally trapped our cat in the pullout trundle bed when putting it back, not realising there was a perfect cat hideout in there, luckily the cat was fine.

We absolutely LOVE our green corduroy modular sofa. We purchased the straight 4-seat sofa with the pull-out center, and two ottomans. It's like a king size bed! Perfect size to fit myself, spouse, child, and two giant breed dogs.

One dog is still a puppy with anxiety - he ate THREE cushions while we were out. Honbay customer service were wonderful helping me identify the replacement pieces and shipping them quickly. This is EXACTLY why I purchased this brand, knowing between the dogs and toddler that I would need replacement pieces, and did not want to purchase an entirely new sofa if destroyed.

Remarkable customer service and extremely fast delivery. Love the sofa. It is exactly what we were looking for. My husband loves it and believe me that is saying a lot. Love that you can customize your own configuration. Would highly recommend

After placing my order I received an email because they noticed I ordered extra cushions that didn't match the sofa I purchased. They helped me easily change it.
The couch is wonderful and very comfortable and it was easy to put together.

We purchased a sectional sofa and ottoman in blue corduroy. Very comfortable, comes with lots of pillows, and looks quite nice. Surprise 1: came in 8 (or so) different boxes, some of which were quite heavy. Surprise 2: took me 3+ hours to assemble. Be warned: efficient assembly for these pieces is likely improved with more than one assembler.

I highly recommend this sectional. The price point is great and it’s the perfect size. It does take a few days for the cushions to break in and get comfortable, although my dogs didn’t seem to mind. As soon as they were given the go ahead, (well, who am I kidding, they didn’t actually wait for permission), they made themselves comfortable.

I debated for a couple months on which couch to buy. I read reviews, looked at prices, and read more reviews. I was looking for something that was pet friendly, as I have 3 dogs-2 of them are very large. I needed a couch that would comfortably fit me and them, as well as work in a smaller space, but still and easily convert into a bed. This couch met all of my wants and needs.

It was delivered in 3 boxes and needed to be assembled. Assembly was pretty easy. I did it myself. Everything fit together perfectly and easily. and within an hour I had my couch. Each of the back cushions came compressed in separate packaging and needed a little time to fully expand. The bottom cushions were already in place.

Everything came neatly arranged in the boxes. At the end of the setup process I realized I was missing a back cushion. I connected with Honbay’s customer support and within 4 days my replacement cushion arrived. They were excellent to work with and made the process so smooth and easy.

I have had the couch set up for almost a week, and I’m truly enjoying it. I’m happy, and my dogs are happy.

We could not be happier with our new couch! It is both beautiful and incredibly comfortable, and it has exceeded our expectations.

The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. I placed my order on a Thursday, and the first shipment arrived early Tuesday, much sooner than we expected. The remaining pieces arrived over the next two days, and everything was well packaged and in perfect condition.

Customer service was excellent. I had a concern about correcting the shipping address, and it was handled immediately. Mila was especially helpful, responsive, and reassuring throughout the process, making what could have been a stressful situation completely worry-free.

I highly recommend Honbaymall for both the quality of their furniture and their exceptional customer service. We would absolutely purchase from them again!

I would say that customer service is Prompt and top notch!! The delivery was very good. We are very happy with the end product. I would highly recommend Honbay.

I had an issue with my order when I received the furniture
The issue was resolved immediately after speaking with CSR.

Overall I am happy with the end result of my purchase. The CSR was extremely helpful.

Great communication. I had a previous issue with two reclining arm rests that I was going to submit a warranty claim for… but they ended up sending me two replacements for free. This type of customer service is unheard of.

Fast shipping. Delivered within 2 days

I love this sectional. Very versatile and so many options to choose from. I purchased the sectional with the sleeper. Very handy when we have guests especially if they spend the night. Easy to put together and I love the grey. Customer service is exceptional. I hope they add a single chair, lounge chair or chaise to their inventory. I would love to have a matching separate piece. THIS IS A MUST BUY!!!!

So far so good! The shipping was fast, everything was in perfect condition upon arrival, easy instructions, and it feels pretty comfy. Always a risk buying online but their reviews were great and so far I'm happy. Fantastic customer service which is also appreciated.

We did some research on modular sofa options similar to LoveSac's products but at a better price point. Honbay was one that kept coming up repeatedly. We decided to make the purchase with the intention of a deep, comfortable sofa that provided storage but also a space that a guest can sleep. The Opua 6 pc Cloud Sleeper Sectional provides all of that and we are thrilled with our purchase. Additionally, Honbay's customer service was excellent and they are very responsive. We needed some help making sure the sofa did not ship too soon until our move in date and they held the order for a few days before releasing it for shipment. It does take some time to put everything together but it's well worth the savings. One of the most comfortable sofas we have ever owned!

We ordered the Luvina 8 piece sectional for our new apartment, and we absolutely love it! It’s so comfy and the perfect couch! It came exactly as described and it looks beautiful!
