I ABSOLUTELY AM THRILLED WITH THIS COUCH! It's such a great corduroy texture, comfortable and so EASY to put together! I LOVE that you can add on extra pieces if you want to. I have and it made a HUGE SECTIONAL COUCH! CUSTOM FOR MY NEEDS! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING! BUY IT!!
Definitely made the right choice after considering other options for two months! This set is ridiculously comfortable, the fabric looks great and seems sturdy enough to stand up to my dog and kids, it was super easy to put together and can be fully customized and rearranged to fit my space, which was absolutely necessary because I needed to split it for the entryway to the room. Boxes are HEAVY, which I didn’t mind because it’s well constructed. And every piece having storage seating is the icing on the cake.

I have only had my sectional a few days so this is an early review and cannot speak to long-time use. So far, I cannot say enough good things about it! All the sectionals I looked at in furniture stores were just a bit too bulky and I knew I wanted something green which is not something you run across everyday. I had been looking at other customizable modular sofas online like Anabei and similar brands but found a lot of negative reviews on the internet that just made me way too nervous. I stumbled across this piece on Walmart.com originally and liked the size and color plus the washable cushion covers are a huge selling point since I have dogs. I couldn’t find much on reddit or other forums online about this brand like I did on others and I honestly just ordered this one because I was sick of looking! I am so glad I did—I ordered on a Sunday, was told it would ship in 8 boxes, 5 of which arrived the following Thursday and the remaining three the next day on Friday. Which honestly the staggered delivery was perfect because I don’t know if I would have had room for all the boxes and unpacking and assembly in one go. Assembly was super easy and didn’t take much time or thinking, I did all the assembly alone and did not cuss once. The cushions are a little firm to start but I’d much rather them that way so I’m not worried they’ll need replacing right away. Hopefully after some months I’ll be able to come back and say more positive things about how the furniture holds up!

This couch is fantastic! I was searching for a great sleeper sectional, but everything I found was over $2,000. This one is the best value for money. It’s a bit stiffer than I usually prefer, but it’s not a deal breaker. I also love the pull-out bed feature. It’s perfect for relaxing and binge-watching TV shows. Plus, there’s storage inside the couch for any blankets or pillows you might need. My partner and I assembled it in about an hour, and it was a breeze. Everything was labeled, and the instructions were super clear.
I was very skeptical buying a couch from Amazon, but I’ve always wanted a sectional and decided to take the risk. I’m so glad that I did because this couch is so comfortable. It’s the perfect amount of firm with softness and flush to it. It doesn’t feel like you’re sitting on wood. I put this together by myself in about two hours honestly, the most tedious part was unboxing all of the parts. The easiest part about this was following the simple instructions. All you have to do is basically screw the legs on and then slide the pieces together they have hinges on the sides. The sofa came in five boxes very quickly. It came a week earlier than I was notified. I got a notification saying I had to be there for signature, but luckily it was left in front of my house. The storage underneath is awesome. It’s very big and it holds maybe six sets of bedsheets, two quilts, couch, pillows, and more!!! I’m so excited that I took the risk, the color is beautiful, and I’m so excited to relax on it!
I was skeptical about buying such a big piece of furniture online but I am SO glad we went for it! Our packages arrived on time and all five at once which was great. Be sure to read through the product description before assembling as the instructions are only in one of the boxes. It was an easy assemble with two, the storage is amazing, the pull out section is easy to roll out, and it’s firm but comfortable! The back cushions also have Velcro to keep in place in on the back of the sofa. This was the best addition to our living space!
It's a comfortable couch and I love the fabric. It's a bit small for me but I might buy another ottoman to let me sprawl. My main complaint is that the small bracket that holds the sleeper section has already fallen off so I'm a little worried about durability. Other than that, I love the couch
So far so good. We had an issue with one piece about 3 months after receiving. Vivian was very helpful; quickly responding & replacing the pieces necessary.
I put all pieces together solo and I’ve rearranged the pieces 3 times since we received it 4 months ago. I appreciate the extra storage too (blankets, toys, seasonal decor, dvd etc)!
Putting it together was SUPER simple. Each base/seat box came with directions, the feet and brackets for each AND a screwdriver (I have like 6 now).
Assembly was super simple, put the feet on the bottoms by screwing them in, and the backs were the same plus two brackets each, then set up how you want! There’s also brackets that just slide into each seat to hold them together. the entire sofa took 2 hours with two people.
The cushions are nice and thick and super comfortable. quality is perfect. Its huge, functional and looks so cute when all done, now i just need to get throw pillows and blankets and such to bring the living room together.
The backs and arms are also movable, so you can have the seats/arms lean back a bit if you want. I kept mine straight for now.
All around this was a great purchase ☺️ I’m totally obsessed with it. Shipping was also on time. It will come in various boxes, but they do message you to let you know the individual tracking number for each which is great.
I bought this couch about 4 months ago for under $900. It's exactly what I was looking for and it adds color to my bland living room. I absolutely love the storage under each seat and it was so easy to put together. The cushions are on the firmer side and it attracts pet hair but other than that, I'm ecstatic with my purchase!
At first I was having trouble finding the piece I was looking for, and I thought that chatting with an automated system was going to take me nowhere, so I send my email address and thought I wasn’t going to get a response, but to my surprise I did within a few hours and after that it only took a few days to get what I was looking for. I am so happy and satisfied with the service and the product.
This couch is very big, comfortable, and beautiful. I could sleep on it. The cushions are stored vacuum sealed. Initially I was displeased with the thickness of the material, but after a couple weeks the cushions all inflated to its full potential and it offers a decent amount of support. So, if you don't think the padding offers enough support intially, just be patient. It's pet friendly: my cat has scratched it a few times and I don't see any visible damage. Doesn't retain cat hair. It is nice how it is modular and has a huge amount of storage.It is probably the most comfortable couch I've ever sat on. Medium to medium firm. Lots of options of sitting/lying down: lie on the chaise, lean up against the side, recline the side and lean on it, lean against the back, sit upright, slump, etc. Every one of them is comfortable. Recently I went to IKEA and Hom's Furniture just to check it out and tried all their display couches -- the comfort on this couch is equivalent to ones that cost $3000+. For less than half the price you get something with more comfort.Note that the green corduroy is closer to a teal though, at least in bright sunlight. My couch is in a room with south-facing windows and it has a pretty significant tint of blue. The one thing I would change is the colour, I wish it were the green colour in the photo. It's still stunning though.
I’ve had this couch for about two weeks now, and I absolutely love it! The flexibility of the chaise is a standout feature—it can be detached and moved around to suit your space and needs. The storage compartments are incredibly spacious and perfect for keeping extra blankets, air mattresses, and other essentials organized.
The couch was a bit flat when it first came out of the box, but after a couple of weeks and some fluffing, the cushions have become supportive and very comfortable. Cleaning is also a breeze—my dogs jumped on the chaise with dirty paws on the first day, and I easily wiped it clean with warm water and a cloth.

We absolutely love our sofa! We’ve had it 6 months now and love how versatile it is. Easy to clean we actually just shampooed it for the first time this week and it looks great! We love how easy it is to take apart and stack up in another room when we need to shampoo carpets. 10/10 would recommend honbay sofas to anyone especially families with young children. We opted to leave the feet off so our dog won’t lose all his toys under it and love this option!
Easy to assemble, very comfortable, large storage space. Just as a suggestion, inform the buyer where the assembly manual is, that is, in which box it is.
I believe this account name is under my wife’s name as she’s the one always ordering using the Prime membership but I did want to leave a glowing review about this product. Even tho I’m a man this would be EXTREMELY easy to assemble male or female! I believe it was 5 packages total for the setup I chose and the first TWO packages came to our apartment then a day after another TWO then the last day ONE. Pieces were mainly just putting the legs on the couch by twisting it into the holes already made and another piece you had to screw the bolts in but it came with a screwdriver so there isn’t any tools you’d have to buy prior. Total setup time would be less than a hour & the instruction book was very specific and clear.The ONLY con I could think of saying would be putting the pieces together after assembly. What I mean by that is since it’s a sectional to keep it together as one piece you have to attach the other pieces of the couch together by brackets on the sides of the couch which are not visible once attached of course but that was challenging simply because it cannot be done alone.Regarding price, look, & comfortability it gets 10/10 because you cannot get a sectional trundle bed for around $1K most places which is why I was initially skeptical about this purchase. My wife and I looked at a sectional VERY similar to this one at Living Spaces near us where they were asking $1500 then with taxes that’s about $1600. We looked for cheaper options and also saw videos about this sectional on TikTok + read reviews on here about it. 10/10!Honorable mention to the companies customer service Honbay as they called my # & told me exactly what days each boxes would come & were very kind.Sturdy, clean, & comfortable sectional if you are still indecisive after reading this review then you clearly didn’t read it.
I was looking for a sofa with removable/washable covers and storage in the seats and this one checked all my boxes. Initially was skeptical given that I was unfamiliar with the brand and could not try the couch in person, but I could not be more pleased with this couch. SUPER comfortable (especially with the deep seats!). I wasn't particularly excited about the reclining backrests but they are such a nice feature, love them. Dimensions were accurate, couch arrived super fast and was very easy to assemble. I did want to arrange the couch differently than the intended arrangement and customer service helped me order a couple additional back pillows (which, unlike other reviews, I found to be suitably thick) for a very reasonable price and with thorough and clear communication the whole time. Can't recommend any more highly!
This has been my favorite couch ever owned! It’s a beautiful white and beige color that just lights up our living room. We love playing around with the different ways you can set it up. Has so much storage which makes clean up easy and convenient. Has a modern style, soft, and comfortable to binge watch shows with family. We were going for a modern and natural vibe and got just that. This company also has other styles like a sleeper for guests. Highly recommended.
I typically don’t write reviews, but after working with the Honbay customer service team I was compelled. I purchased this sectional a few months ago and our family absolutely loves it! However, we ended up having a few issues with a couple of the cushions. I contacted customer service by email and I was totally surprised when they responded within an hour! Vivian was wonderful to work with and got the parts to us very quickly. The couch is now good as new and we hope to have this piece for years to come.
I love this couch so much. I spent weeks agonizing over whether to purchase a couch online but I read the other reviews and decided to just do it. So glad I did. That said, a few things to note, both positive and negative:
1) this couch is big. I ordered the u-shape and I’m glad I did but most of the time the two extra ottomans will be in the guest room.
2) the seats are deep, the color is nice and the fabric is super soft. My two cats have tried hard to ruin this couch with their claws but have been unsuccessful, so this seems to be a very pet friendly couch.
3) the chair legs are incredibly short and makes the couch feel low to the ground even though the seat cushions are well stuffed and comfortably firm. I purchased my own 4-inch chair legs and it’s much better now.
4) the seat cushions are great but as others have said, the back cushions are ridiculously thin. I had to purchase stuffing and cut open the mesh inside to stuff the cushions more, and now they’re comfortable. Since the covers all come off, it was an easy thing to do.
5) this couch is so easy to assemble. You barely need the instructions. The worst part is breaking down all of the boxes and getting rid of all the plastic!
Finally, the storage in the seats, the ability to reconfigure the pieces, the look, the feel, all make this a purchase you won’t regret. Go for it!
Overview: Beautiful couch, fabric is very soft. Came in 5 boxes. We got everything the same day and no missing pieces or anything. The company did send all tracking numbers since Amazon only lists the one.
Installation: Didn’t come with instructions but it’s very easy to put together. 3 of us got it together in about 30 min. I would suggest at least having one person to help line up the brackets.
Comfort and Storage: The cushions are extremely firm. The packaging stated it takes 48 hours for them to fluff up but most weren’t vacuum sealed or anything. The storage aspect is very nice. Can keep blankets and snack trays and all sorts in there.
Notes:
* The only drawback is the pull out part is tricky to get out. Goes back in smooth but getting it out is hard.
* Also the only part you can rearrange is the pull out. The chaise will be on the left if you are sitting on the couch and you can’t change that. Something to keep in mind.
Overall this couch is beautiful and a great value and size for the price, we got in on sale and we couldn’t be happier. Very few cons. I just wish the cushions were less firm. But I think with time and wear they will get more soft I’m hoping. Would buy again.
