I'm going to be honest I was a little skeptical at first but my family and I absolutely love our new couch. Plenty of space with the oversized cushions and ottomans. So far it is holding up great and the coudoroy green looks amazing in our living room. I'd also like to mention the great customer service that they provided when Fedex misdelivered our last piece to someone else's house. They shipped out a replacement ottoman right away. Hands down the best company to get your next couch with!

The initial delivery was within 5 days of ordering. However, one item (seat) was damaged and one of the seat backings was missing the attached metal brackets to complete the assembly. I contacted the service department who promptly sent a replacement seat, however, they again failed to send the seat backing hardware to connect the backrest to the seat. I currently have a sofa with one section with no backing and no solution. Two emails to service department in 24 hours and no response.
