The couch is beautiful! I didn’t give it five stars because I’m missing two pieces that lock the couch together. The delivery was left outside and not brought upstairs to my apartment which was not that big of a deal. I carried each box up and, the extra Storage is such a bonus❤️ the couch is firm and feels lovely!! Very happy with my purchase

Super comfy and soft,easy to put together. The ton of awkward boxes and wrapping was the only down side of the experience.Tons of storage, my dogs love it, not a bad stand in bed plus it looks pretty good in my living room.

When I got the product it came in several boxes (about 40lbs each so an easy lift), I thought I was going to be stuck all day trying to put a complicated piece of furniture together. After a quick steam clean (just me not because of the furniture) it took a little under 2hrs to put the couch together and modify it the way I want. It was a tad bit shorter in height than I expected but it looks amazing and the fabric is super comfortable. Additionally, I needed extra pieces just for future modification and their customer service is top notch and very responsive. Definitely worth every penny. P.S get a good roller brush especially if you have pets, the fabric catches EVERYTHING but is easy to clean.

This product was easy to assemble, sturdy, stylish, perfect for an entertainment center.

This is very easy to put together furniture. I am worried about how long it will last however, one of the straps to lift the lid tore the first time I used it. We also did not get all the clips to fasten the pieces together so hopefully they will come later. The main disappointment is the back is very low for a couch, even with the pillow. Love all the storage though!!
