Beautiful couch, fabric is very soft. We got everything the same day and no missing pieces or anything. The cushions are extremely firm. The packaging stated it takes 48 hours for them to fluff up but most weren’t vacuum sealed or anything. The storage aspect is very nice. Can keep blankets and snack trays and all sorts in there.

This couch actually surprised me with its versatility! Cushions are plenty soft but it be a little deeper.

I absolutely love how every cushion can be storage! Greatest idea of all time & should honestly be the standard for all couches. The couch is very easy to disassemble and configure is whatever shape you want. I would purchase this again.
