Online purchasing process simple and less expensive than same item on third party websites (i.e. Amazon, etc.). Constant updates on status of delivery, items arrived ahead of initially offered delivery date, couple of the boxes were damaged (though likely during shipment, not by vendor), fortunately none of the items themselves were actually damaged. Assembly directions clear/easy to follow with just allen wrenches/screwdriver required. Product as described once all assembled. After week of use very satisfied with product, would recommend Honbay.

The cushions don’t plump up like they should and look nothing like the picture. And the pull tab on the ottoman ripped off the first time I opened it.
